For 18 months after the date of purchase, we take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND including covering the return shipping cost within the country of purchase. Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

-    FREE return label for the first 180 days from your purchase date (applicable to defective products only).

Your comprehensive luscreal warranty includes the following coverage:

-    30 Days Worry-Free Money Back Guarantee: Within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can return your product for a full refund, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

-    30 to 90 Days: If your product fails due to a manufacturer fault, we will provide a brand new replacement for the defective unit. luscreal will provide a prepaid return shipping label. (If you register your product, use of the prepaid shipping label will be extended to 180 days of the purchase date for defective products.)

-    90 Days to 12 Months: We will replace your defective unit with a brand new one. If you register your product, you will receive an extra 6 months warranty free of charge.

How to return your luscreal product:

-    Contact support@luscreal.com and provide your order number*

-    We will issue you with your RMA number and a return shipping address

-    Please fill out RMA information at the back, tear off this page and leave it inside your return package for our attention

-    We will process your RMA and issue a replacement when we receive your package.
